Mike Quinn
Chairman
Mike Quinn is Chairman of Rengen Power. Mike is currently CEO of the UK headquartered Doncasters group. Previously Mike was the Group CEO of Ervia, a €1.7bn turnover, Irish gas & water utility company. Prior to Ervia, he was CEO of Bord na Móna, whose activities focused on energy, waste and horticulture. As Group Vice-President for Precision Castparts (PCC) from 2005-2015, he had responsibility for 5 companies, with a turnover of $500m and operating profit of $160m.
Mike is a Non Executive Director of BNRG renewables, a global Irish Solar developer. Additionally, Mike is a shareholder and director of Stream BioEnergy, an Irish based Anaerobic Digestion developer.

Eugene is the CEO of all EKO Divisions, operating primarily in the fields of renewable energy, property portfolio management and the development of international joint ventures. Coming from a construction background with experience of managing in excess of 1,000 units, his expertise in project management involves complex land acquisitions, client negotiations, managing design teams, legal and corporate governance and budgets.
More recently he has been a catalyst in the delivery of international business development in China, UAE and the UK and continues to build successful business partnerships across the globe. He holds a B.Sc. in Construction Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Dr..Yupeng Liu
Director
Dr. Yupeng Liu is an Executive Director of EKO Integrated Services focusing on strategic partnership development and corporate/project fund raising. Dr. Liu is active in raising equity for large international infrastructure and renewable energy projects and for building strong business networks between China and Ireland. He has extensive experience in designing and providing complex global strategic development and business transformation initiatives for international enterprises across multiple sectors. He has successfully conceived, managed and delivered major projects across the globe.
He is Chair of the Industry and Commerce Association of Ireland (ICAOI). Dr. Liu was a Lecturer in Computer Science at Technological University Dublin and was a Government of Ireland Research Scholar awarded by IRCSET. He holds a PhD in Computational & Mathematical Modelling and has a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from Technological university Dublin and Trinity College Dublin.

Liz is a founding director of EKO and is a highly experienced Senior Manager in the fields of property management, construction, renewable energy and business development. She is exceptionally competent in the minutiae of the planning system, property purchase and sale and more recently on wind and solar farm projects.
Liz is also highly experienced in corporate governance and compliance relating to contracts and completion of certification. She places client relationship at the forefront of the company’s culture and has thorough oversight of the day to day running of the company. Liz is a Business Studies (Property Management) graduate of Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT).

Seamus Lynch

In his professional experience, Seamus has delivered some of the most challenging wind energy projects in Ireland. He has worked in Engineering Consultancy practices, in the Local Authority sector and with Mercury Engineering where he delivered Gas and Oil EPC Projects with multi-racial workforces in isolated and challenging desert environments. He is a founding member of EKO.
Seamus is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of Engineers Ireland. He studied Civil Engineering in National University of Ireland, Galway and holds a Master’s in Engineering Project Management from SSE’s Project Management Academy at Strathclyde University. He has a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Des Regan

Des is an MBA graduate from the University of Leicester, a Member of the Project Management Institute and holds Legal Certification in Commercial Contracts from the Law Society of Ireland. Des is also practiced in ISO Certification and accreditation processes. He has extensive operations management experience with General Electric (GE) providing services to Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries. Des has led geographically dispersed and diverse teams in planning and executing major projects.
In Des’ most recent project management work he has led planning, due diligence and grid application for Annacotty Solar Farm in Co. Limerick and the delivery of Curraghderrig Wind Farm in Co. Kerry from design and construction through to energisation.

Kathleen Sullivan

Kathleen is owner/executive of KT Sullivan & Associates, LLC. She is a leadership and organisational development consultant and a certified executive coach. Kathleen was Vice-President of Human Resources & Public Affairs for a global energy company and served as Senior Director, European IT support services with a global consumer products company.
Kathleen held leadership positions in Call Center Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Information Technology sectors. She is co-author of “THINKLOVE Leadership, A Guidebook to Activate Your True Power”. Kathleen has an MBA and a BS degree in Business Administration. She has served on the board of trustees for Georgian Court University and the advisory board for the University of Idaho’s Public Utility Executive Program.

Infrastructure investments and asset management are key to Fintan’s professional career. It has focused on renewable energy in Europe, USA and Australia in his role as CFO of WElink Energy and as Group Financial Controller & Company Secretary of Gaelectric Holdings.
He previously worked for Transfield Holdings in Australia culminating in the role of Group General Manager with responsibility for energy generation, property and infrastructure assets. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a first-class honours B.Sc. (Accounting) and a Higher Diploma in Corporate Finance. He originally trained with EY in Cork.
